If you buy my books or read my posts and don’t at least try some of the techniques, than you’ve wasted your time and my goal to improve your life has gone unfulfilled. It becomes a lose lose. I want a win win.
Your life is an experiment whether your paying attention to the results or not. All of the ideas I share I have personally experimented with, so I know at least for one person, they’ve worked. Nothing I say or anyone else says should be taken as truth. We must first personally experiment with an idea before it becomes truth because what works for me, may not work for you.
Through these ideas I have solved most of my problems but that only helps me. Now it’s your turn. I’ve taken the most fringe ideas and experimented with them to find out if they were true. The only problem is that these ideas go so far against the grain of common wisdom that even if you can convince someone that it is true, they still wouldn’t do it because it sounds too crazy or counter intuitive. Discovering this blog is like when Plato discovered the earth was round. Everyone at first thought he was crazy and I’m sure some people believed him, but they kept it to themselves to avoid ridicule. However, now we look at him as a pioneer.
This what Eat.Exercise.Live.Differently believes and what makes us different:
Nutrition: We believe the most effective style of eating to follow for long term weight loss and health is a high fat, carbohydrate restricted diet. This includes having a simple and stress free diet that allows for the most amount flexibility in all situations.
Fitness: We believe the most efficient way to exercise is by engaging in high intensity resistance training. We’ve discovered that you can condense a weeks worth of weight lifting into a one day a week, full body workout that will promote incredible muscle growth as well as freeing up more free time for yourself.
Lifestyle Design: We believe to truly live an amazing life you have to be able to have the ability to make a living doing what your passionate about as well as having the ability to dictate when and where you work. We believe the best and easiest way to accomplish this is by taking the ideas and knowledge you already have and turning it into an online business.
